1. Privacy by Design: What We Collect
Zaplobby is intentionally built to require zero personal registration. You can play every game without supplying an email address, real name, or password. We process:
- Local Gameplay Data: High scores, unlocked cosmetic skins, audio/graphics preferences, and win streaks stored strictly in your browser's local storage.
- Anonymous Profile & Leaderboard Data: An anonymous player identifier (stored in Firebase Authentication) to record high scores on global leaderboards and sync cross-game progression.
- Multiplayer Networking Telemetry: Ephemeral peer-to-peer WebRTC packets and WebSocket messages for player positioning and score calculation during live matches.
2. Advertising & Cookies (Google AdSense & H5 Ads)
We use Google AdSense and Google H5 Games Ads to fund free access to all titles:
- Google and its certified partners use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland are served Google's Consent Management Platform (CMP) to choose personalized or non-personalized ad consent.
- You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings or visit Google Ads Settings.
3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Zaplobby does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Our browser games are family-friendly, zero-install, and require no account creation. If you believe personal information has inadvertently been submitted, please contact us for immediate deletion.
4. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to request deletion of any anonymous cloud data linked to your session token or opt out of interest-based advertising.
